(Also my phone's camera does not have good enough color depth to show what is going on. I would have provided pictures of what is going on but print screen does not "see" any difference between the fucked up full screen and non-fucked up windowed mode and strangely Alt+print screen does not see anything at all when the screen is fucked up (produced a completely white image).
Look for Calibration Loader task and right click on it.
In Task Scheduler Library, navigate to Microsoft > Windows. Also, with Wallpaper Engine everything starts to look terrible in the same way as soon as it is turned on. If the issue persists after the update, you can follow the steps outlined below to fix the problem: Open Start menu. Black bars appear on all sides of the screen (in NieR but not CS:GO), probably because of the resolution change. As soon as I go full screen on a game (tested in NieR: Automata and CS:GO) the resolution changes and brightness and contrast change (maybe also oversharpening) making it look terrible to the point that it kinda hurts to look at (since contrast is high and it is quite bright as well).
